What it costs to take a payment

No card required to start. Your trial begins when you create your business, and you get full access to build your profile, list services and take bookings.
2.9% on transactions
Taken at the time of each charge on payments processed through the platform. Refund an athlete and our fee comes back with the money — we earn nothing on a session that did not happen.
Athletes pay you
Your Stripe account is the merchant of record. Money lands in your own Stripe balance and pays out to your bank on Stripe’s schedule.
No advertising, no promoted listings and no paid placement — there is nothing to buy here that moves you up a search result.

What exactly do I pay?
£19 per month for each coach seat, plus 2.9% on payments processed through the platform. There are no setup fees, no listing fees, and no separate charge for an organisation — the org page is an output of the coaches in it.
How does the free trial work?
Thirty days, free, no card required. The trial belongs to your user account rather than to a business: it starts when you first create one, and creating another business later does not start a second trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
Subscribe at £19/month to stay live. Without an active subscription or trial your profile stops appearing in search and cannot be booked, so the trial ending is the point at which your marketplace presence depends on it.
Who pays the seat — me or the business I coach for?
The coach, by default. An organisation owner can choose to cover a specific coach’s seat instead; a covered coach has no personal trial and is live for as long as the organisation’s subscription is.
Is the 2.9% all I pay on a payment?
It is all we take. Stripe’s own processing fee is separate and comes out of your Stripe balance in the usual way — it is not ours and it is not recoverable on a refund, so it stays with the payment.
Can I cancel?
Yes — there is no minimum term. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
